Jones & Associates was founded by Nathaniel E. Jones, Jr. in March, 1995, as a law firm engaging principally in the areas of Business Law, Business and Commercial Litigation, Outside General Counsel to Closely Held Corporations and Other Business Entities, Real Estate Development, and Personal Injury, to provide large-law firm experience and quality, and personal service. James H. Fields joined the Firm in August, 1995. J. Darrell Peterson joined the Firm in September, 1997.
